Answer: I’m Hassan, a fresh graduate from ABC University. I did an MBA (mention your degree) and specialization (Finance) with GPA 3.9 (highlight your academic score). Last semester, I joined the HBL bank and did an internship in its Accounts and Finance section for more than six months. During that time, I learned to open new accounts and help clients in regards to their Finance. It was fun to work with bankers and learn time management and organization skills from them.

Q2. Why are you the right candidate for this job?

Q3.What were your biggest achievements at your college/school?

It is among the behavioral interview questions for students. Make sure you think before you speak, a wrong word can turn the table for you.

It’s storytime. Prepare a story where you tell the hiring manager how did you make a big difference in school or your college. You can mention skills like communication, problem analysis, initiative, creativity,  resilience, persuasion, etc.

Answer: I still remember the time when I was selected as a disciple committee member of my college because my teachers liked my good behavior and organization skills. In academic life, we all face multiple challenges, such as managing Finance for our education, meeting project deadlines, balancing various demands of different projects, working with other students on a single project, arranging resources to complete a task.

Example Answer: My father lost his job when I was in the second semester. To pay my college fees, I started doing part-time work. Managing jobs and study were a bit tricky because I had to handle the demands of both areas at the same time. But this life challenge helped me learn time management skills along with multitasking.
